We will provide 8 races over approximately two hours, Eight horses to a race, A projectionist with large video and sound equipment, who will act as your compere for the evening and ensure the race night runs smoothly. If required hospitality girls can be provided to add that extra sparkle to your event by selling tote tickets, calculate winning dividends and pay winning bets. The host organisation is entitled to retain a significant percentage of the ticket money staked on each race. We recommend 33% the remainder is divided between the winning tickets.

Once your evening starts all your guests need do is to pick one of the horses numbered between one and eight on their saddle cloth, each person can bet on one or more of the eight horses in any of the eight races provided. When the tote is declared open your guests are encouraged to buy tickets for their fancied runners in that particular race, When everyone has had a bet.
